The Procurement

1. Through Suppliers – These are people with their own infrastructure of procuring milk from the farmers. After the procurement and chilling of milk is done then the supplier sends the milk to our plant. After proper testing on high quality set standards of our company, if the milk is found to be as per prescribed norms, then it is accepted.

2. Through Village Collection System – At the village level the company has set up collection centers to ensure pure and unadulterated milk collection from the farmers. Our procurement and collection of milk is undertaken with most modern management systems and IT intervention and involves the use of the Automatic Milk Collection Unit (AMCU/DPMCU), which checks Fat and SNF in the milk and ensures a fair pricing system to the farmers. At our milk collection centres the village service provider is well equipped to collect and test the milk , handle records, transport the milk to the plant and operating AMCU/DPMCU.
